Redacted Decisions

Pursuant to the provisions of W. Va. Code § 11-10A-16(c), as last amended, the West Virginia Office of Tax Appeals makes available here, on the internet, a copy of each final decision (precedent) issued by this tribunal in every non- small claim case since commencement of our operations in January, 2003. As required by that same statutory subsection, we have redacted (or "sanitized") these decisions to preserve the confidentiality of taxpayers’ private information. Each decision contains a synopsis point(s) summarizing the holding(s) in the decision.
