In the news...

Here are a couple of recent additions or changes to our website:

1. At the "Redacted Decisions" segment, there are now two methods of searching the decisions: (a) by a range of time; or (b) by keyword or phrase (the latter is new).

2. At the "Annual Report" segment, included are the annual statistical reports to the Legislature for each full fiscal year of operation.

We view our entire website as always being a "work in progress," and we welcome your suggestions for improvement. For example, over the next few months, we plan to refine and to expand the keyword or phrase search capabilities for the Redacted Decisions.

Important reminder: Effective on and after July 1, 2007, the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals has increased the fee for each individual’s admission to practice law in this State pro hac vice (that is, for purposes of one case), before this and all other tribunals, from $150 to $250.
